God’s desire for our health is holistic—body, mind, and spirit working in harmony under His guidance. True wellness begins within. When the soul is nourished, it sets the tone for every other area of life.

Prayer
Lord, help me prioritize the health of my being- (mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally, relationally, financially). Teach me to seek You first in every area of my life in Jesus Name. Amen.
